Condition: Books must be in original, new, and resaleable condition, meaning no damage, written in, or inscribed.
Receipt: An original receipt and or invoice must be presented for full refund.

Opened and or damaged books done by the customer and or clearance/final sale items.
Damage or defective items: If a book arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may be able to return it for a refund or exchange within 14-30days of purchase.

Mail: You will need to package the book securely and mail it address given via email request. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was shipped incorrectly.
